"Spheres" Acrylic on stretched canvas (Selling unframed) Measures: 30" x 25" (Canvas is approx 2" thick) A large work, this painting is typical of my own style, the colours and shapes are those which I feel most comfortable using and painting in my designs. This big painting encapsulates many aspects or my style. The canvas was hand made to my own requirements, it has an ultra smooth surface which enabled me to do lots of blending of colours with no pooling on the surface. I particularly wanted to use bright colours to bring the design to life. In many ways I feel it's a bit marine inspired. what do you think? The paint extends right around the sides to give a real 3D effect when viewing from any angle. It really is a fascinating painting and one of my major works.
