Paypal is the default for online purchases.

Bank Transfer:
For larger work I would prefer bank transfer to avoid fees. I can supply a secure banking link for payment (no bank details are exchanged), this is fast, safe and reliable.

Cheques:
Yes, (if anyone still has a cheque book !!)

Cash:
Always a welcome option.
YES of course.......

Firstly I suggest you familiarise yourself with my work. Search on this site and online via face book / Instagram to see plenty of examples. I'm mainly abstract so please don't ask me to paint your pet otherwise you might be in for a shock !

Get in touch with me and lets have a chat about what you have in mind. See where we go from there. I'm open to your ideas and will ask questions to help me understand the reason behind idea. Equally if you just wanted me to go free style and create a piece for you I'll be happy to do that.

Once a design is in mind I'll do some sketches, discuss colours, size etc......It's really important your idea is common to my style otherwise it won't work.
I'll then e-mail you a fully inclusive quote valid for 6 months.

If you've never commissioned a work before don't worry there's nothing to it, I don't bite. Just remember my goal is to create the painting you want.
In general I paint in acrylic (first developed the 1930's). Most people when they think of art always latch onto oil painting but I find acrylic for my style is the best to use.

Acrylic paint is waterproof, very tough, has great pigment and will stand the test of time.

Being asthmatic it's also ideal for me as I don't use smelly chemicals as you do when using oils.
Canvases and Boards:
My larger canvas and board works are hand made by a family business in Birmingham, England. I've used them for many years and I can get pretty much any style or size made to measure exactly to my specifications.

Paints:
I mainly use artist quality paint manufactured in The Netherlands by Royal Talens.

Varnish:
Again I use Daler Rowney varnish made in England.
For certain pieces I will use a low odour water based varnish made by Ghiant from Belgium.

Acrylic pens:
I use Liquitex pens made in Germany

Black fine drawing pens:
I use Faber-Castell pens made in Germany

Easel:
I have a large studio size Easel made by Mabef (a family owned company in Italy)
